We understand this can be inconvenient. Our Engineering team is working to make this feature easier to use. In the meantime, here’s how to use the same Sleep Reminders without having to create a new Sleep Plan:
1. Go to the "Reflect" tab. Find your Sleep Plan and tap "Copy."
2. Review the "Wind Down" and "Wake Up" times and edit them if you need to.

3. Tap "Next" until you get to the "Summary" screen, then tap "Finish."

4. Your new Sleep Plan with reminders is ready to go.
