- Make sure you’ve finished all the tasks in the current session. Each session contains tasks that need to be completed before you can move on. When you finish a task, a checkmark will appear in the circle under it. When you see a red "Load Next Session" button, you’re ready for the next session!
- If you are seeing locked content, you may be in the "Revisit" section. This section lets you “revisit“ lessons and chapters you have already completed, but will not show upcoming content. Tap on the "Today" tab at the bottom left of your screen to go back to the main therapy content.
